Michelle Kim – Client Services Coordinator, Stocks In Global

Michelle Kim is the Client Services Coordinator at Stocks In Global, responsible for ensuring a smooth and high-touch experience for our clients from onboarding through to ongoing support. She plays a critical role across account management, member communications, and internal coordination with research and brokerage teams — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Before joining Stocks In Global, Michelle built a solid foundation in service and client engagement through retail roles and as a contact centre agent at ITSM. She also worked as an art teacher, where she fostered creativity, patience, and clear communication — skills that now enhance her ability to engage meaningfully with clients and coordinate effectively across teams. These positions developed her ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where attention to detail, quick thinking, and strong communication were essential.

Michelle holds a degree from the University of Sydney in Arts and Social Sciences, majoring in Education and Sociology. Her background gives her a sharp understanding of people, systems, and behaviour — all of which translate into exceptional service delivery and team coordination.
