He utilised advanced tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Qlikview to deliver insightful analysis, automate reporting processes, and optimise data quality. Prior to his role at ANZ, Christopher honed his problem-solving and client relationship skills at 3M Australia, where he served as a CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) Representative.
